The parties to this appeal will be referred to as they appeared in the trial court, wherein defendant in error, Owens, was plaintiff, and plaintiff in error, Oklahoma Transportation Company, was defendant.

This action arose out of a collision upon the highway between a Dodge truck owned and being driven by plaintiff and a passenger bus operated by defendant, wherein plaintiff’s truck was damaged. Upon verdict of a jury plaintiff was awarded judgment in the sum of $500 for the damage to the truck, and defendant appeals.
