The plaintiff Adams foreclosed a bill of sale to secure debt (Ga. L. 1921, p. 114) made by the defendant Swint to one Sheppard and transferred to the plaintiff. The 'defendant filed an affidavit of illegality, in which he sought to avoid the contract on *706the ground oí duress.
