SEVERENS, Circuit Judge.

This case, like that of Jabine v. Sparks (No. 1,301) 131 Fed. 440, and heard together with that, is a *444proceeding to enforce by mandamus the levy and collection of a tax on the assessable property in the county to satisfy a judgment recovered by the plaintiff in error on June 1, 1895, against the county, in the court below, for the sum of $8,148.09, with interest and costs, upon bonds running for 20 years, with coupons for interest issued by the county March 1, 1869, under the authority of the Acts of the Kentucky Legislature of 1867-68.
