Before the Court is Dollar Tree Stores, Inc.’s (“Defendant” or “Dollar Tree”) Mo*466tion to Decertify the Collective Action. Defendant filed its Motion to Decertify (ECF No. 405) on September 13, 2013 and its Corrected Memorandum in Support of the Motion (ECF No. 407) on September 16, 2013.
