This matter is before the Court on the Motion Requesting Plaintiffs to Pay for Expenses in Deposing Defendant’s Experts *633filed by the defendant, Orkin Exterminating Company, Inc. on November 17, 1987, and the Motion to Tax Costs also filed by the defendant on December 11, 1987. For the reasons set forth below, both motions are GRANTED IN PART.
