LIVINGSTON, Justice.

Introduction

Brigid Hanus (“Hanus”), individually and on behalf of the estate of her late husband David Lee Hanus (“Decedent”), appeals the trial court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Texas Utilities Company (“TU”) on her strict products liability and negligence claims.
