This suit was instituted by the plaintiff against the defendants in trespass to try title, and plaintiff also pleaded title by the five and.ten year statutes of limitation. Tho defendants answered by a plea of not guilty, and also alleged certain facts to show that plaintiff never purchased tho interest of certain of the defendants, and also that the instruments executed by them were void and conveyed no title as to part of tho defendants.
