The bill of complaint was brought to set aside certain alleged fraudulent conveyances of real estate situated in the city of Rutland, county of Rutland, by Peter R. Bove and his wife, Antoinette M. Bove, by their warranty deed executed and delivered on June 3, 1920, to Louis Ricci, and by the latter, on the same day, by his warranty deed of the same premises to said Antoinette M.
