CASE SUMMARY

Protective Insurance Company (Protec tive) appeals a judgment entered against it in favor of Coca-Cola Bottling Company-Indianapolis-Incorporated (Coke) in Coke's declaratory judgment action, elaiming Coke is not an additional insured under an omnibus clause of an automobile insurance contract between Protective and Cox Motor Transport, Inc. (Cox) because of its "use" of Cox's truck.
