hThe complainant in this matter was arrested on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. The Department of Public Safety and Corrections, Office of Motor Vehicles, suspended the complainant’s commercial driver’s license and declared him ineligible for commercial driving privileges for one year. However, the *542district attorney declined to prosecute the driving while intoxicated charge.
