| tThis is a workers’ compensation case. Remco Leidelmeijen filed a disputed claim for compensation against his former employer, Ferncrest Manor Nursing Home (“Ferncrest”), and Ferncrest’s workers’ compensation carrier, LUBA Workers’ Comp.
