I. INTRODUCTION

Vivian Dickerson (“Dickerson”) brings this suit against the Prudential Insurance Company of North America (“Prudential”) pursuant to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”). She alleges Prudential wrongfully terminated her long-term disability benefits, violated provisions of ERISA relating to full and fair review and notice, and withheld documents it was obligated to give her upon request.
