Baker Junior Wooden appeals from an order entered November 20, 1964 1 that sentenced him to thirty years in the penitentiary in accordance with a jury verdict finding him guilty of first degree murder and fixing his term of imprisonment.

The relevant facts, stated in the light most favorable to the Commonwealth, are these:
