HUNSTEIN, Presiding Justice.

Luis Rios appeals from the judgment of conviction and sentence entered on his guilty plea, arguing that defense counsel was ineffective and that the trial court erred by denying his motion to withdraw his plea. Finding no error, we affirm.

1. At the guilty plea hearing, the State presented the facts it would prove, the trial court found a sufficient factual basis upon which to accept the guilty plea, and Rios admitted that the State could prove each and every element of the crimes charged.
