Michael Pilla appeals from a denial of his motion to set aside his sentence imposed after he pleaded guilty to violating the Currency and Foreign Transaction Reporting Act, 31 U.S.C. § 5313(a), which requires banks to report currency transactions in excess of $10,000, and to aiding and abetting under 18 U.S.C. § 2. Based upon the recommendation of a magistrate, the district court 1 denied the motion.
