This case arises out of a dispute over parking spaces. The Muzzey High Condominium (Condominium), a converted Lexington public school building, is located near the center of the Town of Lexington (Town). It comprises 71 residential condominium units and a Senior Center unit. The Senior Center, operated by the Town, is located on the first floor of the four-story condominium building.
