ARCHBALD, District Judge.
This is a bill to restrain the enforcement of a judgment, recovered by the defendant against the plaintiff in an action at law in the court below, for the sum of $17,783.84. The action in which the judgment was obtained was brought on an underwriting agreement,“in which the plaintiff here (defendant there) subscribed for $15,000 of the first mortgage bonds of an automobile company that failed disastrously.
