In a negligence action to recover damages for personal injuries, defendant City of Long Beach appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Vitale, J.), dated September 14, 1982, which granted plaintiff’s application pursuant to subdivision 5 of section 50-e of the General Municipal Law for leave to file a late notice of claim. Order affirmed, without costs or disbursements.
