Gary Dale London (“appellant”) appeals his convictions of robbery in violation of Code § 18.2-58; use of a firearm in the commission of robbery in violation of Code § 18.2-53.1; assault and battery of a police officer in violation of Code § 18.2-57(C); attempt to disarm a law enforcement officer in violation of Code §§ 18.2-57.02 and 18.2-26; and grand larceny in violation of Code § 18.2-95.
