Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Fulton County, entered February 26, 1973, which established appellant’s paternity. This paternity proceeding was instituted by William Morris, as Commissioner of Social Services of Fulton County. After a trial pitting the credibility of petitioner’s witnesses against the credibility of appellant’s witnesses, the Family Court found appellant to be the father of the child born August 3, 1972, and entered a support order against him.
