Action for personal injuries. Harvey Everett Kidd brought this action against Lone Star Gas Company and J. W. “Bill” Christie, Inc., alleging that they, or either of them, had negligently caused his wife, Dorothy Jane Kidd, to sustain personal injuries when she tripped over a pipe in the front yard of her home in Sherman, Gray-son County, Texas, on the night of August 19, 1965.
