Plaintiff Phillip G. Cline filed this action pursuant to the court’s diversity jurisdiction, 28 U.S.C. § 1332, against Defendant Southern Star Central Gas Pipeline, Inc. (“Southern Star”), formerly Williams Gas Pipelines Southcentral, Inc. (“Williams Gas”).
