GRAVES, Justice.
Appellant sued the appellee for the value of 400 shares of common and 90 shares of preferred stock in the Saxet Company, alleged to have belonged to him and to have been converted by her to her own benefit on or about tbe 1st day of June, 1928, to bis total damage in at least tbe sum of $10,650, with interest tbereon from that date at tbe rate of 6 per cent, per annum.
Tbe trial court, after bearing tbe evidence without a Jury’s aid, denied any recovery on tbe claim, and filed its findings of fact and law in support of a Judgment in favor of tbe appellee. The appeal challenges…
