Memorandum:

Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him following a jury trial of course of sexual conduct against a child in the first degree (Penal Law § 130.75 [1] [b]) and endangering the welfare of a child (§ 260.10 [1]). By its verdict, the jury found that defendant sexually abused his former girlfriend’s daughter from the time the child was 8 years old until she was almost 13 years old.
