Appellant, Chambeo, a Division of Chamberlin Waterproofing & Roofing System, Inc. (Chambeo), filed suit in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County against appellee, Urban Masonry Corporation (Urban), in negligence. Appellant performed roofing, waterproofing, and flashing work on a project in Washington, D.C. Appellant alleged that appellee damaged its property when appellee performed masonry work on the same project. In a court trial, the court found for the appellee.
