KHOUZAM, Judge.
We affirm the decision below and write to address two issues: an insurance company’s reliance on its engineer’s report and the burden of proof in a suit involving an endorsement to an “all risks” insurance policy.
In December 2009, Hector and Alba Munoz noticed numerous cracks in the walls of their home. At the time, the residence was insured by a policy issued by Citizens Property Insurance Corp.
