Plaintiffs, Marc Cohen, Uwe Stueckarad, Marc Perper, and Denita Sanders, brought this national consumer class action lawsuit against defendant Blockbuster Entertainment, Inc., seeking individual and class relief for certain customers who were charged improper and excessive fees.
