bThe Village of Moreauville, Louisiana, appeals a judgment in favor of Arlene Chambers finding it 100 percent at fault for Chambers’ April 19, 2008 fall on a sidewalk in the Village’s care, custody, and control. For the reasons that follow, we *128affirm in part, as amended, and reverse in part.

FACTS
