This is an employment discrimination action removed to this court on the basis of federal question jurisdiction. ’ Before the court are Plaintiffs’ motion to remand and request for attorneys’ fees (Doc. 11) and Defendant’s motions to dismiss (Doc. 4) or transfer (Doc. 15) this action. For the reasons set forth below, Plaintiffs’ motion will be granted in part and the ease remanded to the Superior Court of Mecklen-burg County, North Carolina, but the request for an award of attorneys’ fees will be denied.
