MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
HERMAN, District Judge.
Presently before the court is defendants’ motion to dismiss this civil rights action seeking damages and injunctive relief to alleviate alleged employment discrimination practiced by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania through the Insurance Department, and by other named defendants. The suit was instituted in federal district court pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq.); Sections 1983, 1985(3), 1986, within the court’s jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1343; and this court’s federal question jurisdiction premised…
