Appeal from a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Board, filed May 17, 2004, which, inter alia, ruled that claimant had no further work-related disability subsequent to May 12, 2003.

Cláimant suffered physical and psychological injuries on September 11, 2001 while evacuating her place of employment, which was located in World Trade Center Tower One in Manhattan.
