The parties to this church controversy, composed of the appellant, Rev. A. H. Linton and Yerner White, W. H. Womack and Carvin Ates, Trustees, filed their bill of complaint for injunctive relief against the appellees, Rev. Homer Flowers, and Aubrey Everett, Elmer Ates and Oliver Rankin, Trustees, were formerly members of the Antioch Methodist Protestant Church, located about three miles east of Magee, Mississippi, and the appellees are still members of that church.
