Kendall Lumber Company, by this petition for review filed with the referee August 16, 1963, seeks to have set aside an order of the referee in bankruptcy entered August 9, 1963,1 by which Kendall was permanently enjoined from proceeding with its pending action against Redwood Furniture Company, Inc. and two individuals in the Superior Court of Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, and by which Kendall’s alleged lien against certain property was invalidated.
