The plaintiff, E. A. Robey and Company, Inc. (hereafter referred to as Robey) brought this action against the defendants City Title Insurance Company, Inc. and Lakeport Title Guaranty Company (hereafter referred to as City and Lakeport, respectively) alleging breach of a policy of title insurance issued by the defendants.
