Appellants,1 a collection of entities owning and operating a hotel (collectively referred to as “Landlord”), appeal from a final judgment holding Landlord liable for wrongful eviction and conversion. The central issue in this case is whether the trial court erred by directing a verdict in favor of the appellee, Nantucket Enterprises, Inc. (“Tenant”), on its claim for wrongful eviction.
