This case came before the Supreme Court on appeal by the plaintiffs, Michael F. Rose, Jr. and RC & D, Inc. (collectively plaintiffs), from a decision of the Superior Court granting the defendants’ motion for summary judgment in favor of Attorney Stephen M. Brusini and the law firm Or-son & Brusini Ltd. (collectively defendants).
