Appellant filed her complaint in the court below for the partition of certain real estate. Said complaint sets forth, in substance, that appellant and certain appellees named therein, as heirs at law and next of kin of Hezekiah Hollowell, deceased, donor of the real estate in controversy to Marquis Ilollowell, deceased, are the owners in fee simple as tenants in common of said real estate.
