MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

FITZWATER, District Judge.

In this copyright infringement action, the jury found that the corporate defendant was liable for infringement and found its officer was not liable for contributory infringement. On post-judgment motions, the court concludes that plaintiff failed to introduce evidence that would have permitted a reasonable jury to find that the defendant’s infringement caused the plaintiffs damages.
