THIS IS a Chapter 11 case and the matters under consideration are two motions; one filed by Newbern Groves, Inc. (New-bern); and the second by George T. Had-ley, the Trustee (Trustee), who is currently in charge of the affairs of Terramar Mining Corporation (Terramar), the Debtor of the above-captioned case.
