This appeal presents the question of whether Old Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance (“OASDI”) benefits received by children pursuant to Title II of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 401 et seq. (1982 & Supp. Ill 1985), must be included in calculating their co-resident siblings’ eligibility for assistance under the Aid to Families with Dependent Children (“AFDC”) program established by Title IV-A of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 601 et seq.
