Following personal service of summons with copy of the bill of complaint containing a petition for temporary alimony with notice of hearing, and after hearing thereof on April 24, 1920, William H. Bowman, defendant in the cause, was. ordered' to pay to the clerk of the Wayne circuit court as temporary alimony for the support of plaintiff, his *520wife, and their two children the sum of $20 per week in advance commencing with the date of the order, and he was also ordered to pay an attorney’s fee of $50.
