Woods, Judge:

The plaintiff in error insists that the court erred to her prejudice — First-, in overruling her demurrer; and, second, in rendering said judgment against her. The defendant in error having in this Court suggested a diminution of the record, a certiorari was awarded to the clerk of the Circuit Court of Logan county requiring him forthwith to return to this Court the original indictment found by the grand jury of said county against said Elizabeth Ball.
