FOR THE COURT:

¶ 1. Arlan Dorman filed suit against Ar-tis Power, Robert and Cynthia Weathers-by, Earl Baker, and Sharon Humphries to confirm title and remove cloud on title to two parcels of land. The defendants filed a motion for summary judgment, which the chancellor granted.
