This is an appeal from an order of tbe County Court of Macon County adjudging defendant to be in contempt of court and sentencing bim to tbe county jail for thirty days.

On March 21, 1962, defendant, Louis L. Mason, an attorney at- law, was representing James Bobert Salmons, who was on trial in the county court of Macon County on a charge of driving an automobile while under the influence of intoxicating liquor. On said date, during the course of the trial, the court declared a mistrial, excused the jury and ordered that defendant be held in contempt of court and sentenced to a term of thirty…
