11 This is a workers’ compensation case in which a floor installer was injured in a car accident while driving to pick up materials for a floor installation job. The floor installer filed a workers’ compensation claim against his employer, Xeeptional Flooring Inc., and its workers’ compensation insurer, Louisiana Workers’ Compensation Corporation (hereinafter “LWCC”).
