This case comes to us upon grant of writ of certiorari to the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County which heard the case on appeal from the District Court of Maryland. The only issue for decision is whether a sum of money, said to be due University Plaza Shopping Center, Inc. (Landlord) from Ramon E. Garcia (Tenant) under an indenture of lease between them (the lease), was rent.
