The plaintiff brought this suit against the American Employers' Insurance Company, but by a supplemental petition corrected the name of the company to that of Employers' Liability Assurance Corporation, Ltd. The insurance company is alleged to be the public liability and workmen's compensation insurance carrier for the Police Jury of East Baton Rouge Parish.
