Fox, Judge:

The appellant, Wilmina Grace Reville, complains of a decree of the Circuit Court of Barbour County setting aside a deed executed by George W. Ice, dated the 30th day of July, 1934, conveying to her a tract of about 31 acres of land situated in said county; and also complains of the provisions of said decree specifically enforcing an alleged verbal contract of sale of said land to Martin T. Ice and Okey Ice, and requiring the conveyance of said land to Okey Ice. She also complains of the provision of the decree directing that the payment of $300.00 required of the plaintiffs be made…
