MUIR, District Judge.
I. Introduction.
Lois M. Grant commenced this action by filing a complaint in which she named as the Defendant the Secretary of Health and Human and Services (Secretary) seeking reversal of a final decision of the Secretary denying her benefits under the Social Security Disability Insurance Program, established by the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 401, et seq.
