The Kentucky State Bar Association seeks disbarment of Attorney Daniel T. Taylor, III, of Louisville, under RCA 3.-320, which provides for disbarment upon conviction of a felony or of a misdemeanor *872involving dishonesty or stealing. The president of the association has filed a certified copy of a judgment of the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky by which Taylor was convicted of three offenses of failure to file income tax returns.
